Velosuisse, the association of Swiss bicycle and bicycle parts suppliers, has added Radiate Engineering and Design AG as another reputable bicycle development company.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

The Z\u00fccher company Radiate advises bicycle and bicycle part manufacturers on the development of new products and specializes in the \"holistic\" approach. This involves the use of simulation-driven development methods that take all challenges such as load, function, design, material, manufacturing processes and costs into account holistically right from the start.<\/p>\r\n

Radiate spokesperson Frederic Poppenh\u00e4ger explains: \"Our team consists of experienced specialists and up-and-coming talents with backgrounds from various disciplines: Composite lightweight design experts from aviation, aerodynamic engineers from racing, and renowned industrial designers for two-wheeler design. This interdisciplinarity makes it possible to develop complete bikes or components of a wide spectrum: from an aerodynamic wheelset to a complex S-pedelec to a lightweight composite handlebar.\"<\/p>\r\n

Velosuisse Managing Director Martin Platter is pleased about the increase in know-how in his own ranks and is looking forward to a lively exchange of experience, especially in the area of standardization, which is becoming increasingly complex. Ultimately, all Velosuisse members can benefit from this.<\/p>\r\n

Der Bundesrat hat mit seinem Erlass am 13. Januar die Covid-19-Schutzmassnahmen wieder versch\u00e4rft. F\u00fcr Veloh\u00e4ndler bedeutet das, dass die Werkst\u00e4tten wohl weiterhin ge\u00f6ffnet bleiben d\u00fcrfen. Die Verkaufsfl\u00e4chen m\u00fcssen aber wie w\u00e4hrend des Lockdowns im Fr\u00fchling 2020 <\/strong>wieder gesperrt werden. Der Verkauf auf Bestellung (Click&Collect) ist jedoch ausdr\u00fccklich erlaubt.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Ausserdem wird die Maskentragpflicht ausgedehnt. Ist mehr als eine Person im Raum, muss zwingend eine Schutzmaske getragen werden, auch wenn der Mindestabstand von 1,5 Meter eingehalten werden kann. Es gilt zudem wieder eine Zugangsbeschr\u00e4nkung von maximal f\u00fcnf Personen (bisher 15 Personen). Die neuen Massnahmen gelten ab 18. Januar bis voraussichtlich Ende Februar.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
