New rules for electric cargo bikes will apply from July 1, 2025. The Velosuisse Board has also decided to postpone the annual InfoTech training event in January by one week so that it is no longer so close to the turn of the year. The next InfoTech will take place again on January 19 and 20, 2026 at the Seminarhotel Sempachersee in Nottwil.
Legislation is changing. The new rules for e-bikes, which affect cargo bikes in particular, have been in force since the beginning of July.
