Megamo was founded in 1987 in Girona, Spain, by Josep Gil. Originally a small workshop, the company developed over the following decades into an internationally recognised manufacturer of high-quality bicycles and e-bikes. Megamo attaches great importance to design, innovation and a balanced price-performance ratio, which has enabled the brand to grow strongly, particularly in the European market.

The range includes mountain bikes, racing bikes, gravel bikes, trekking bikes, city bikes and children's bikes - each also in electric versions. The e-models are equipped with modern drive systems, including the particularly light and powerful DJI drives. Development and design take place at the headquarters in Girona, where Megamo relies on close collaboration between engineers, designers and team riders. In Switzerland, Megamo is competently represented by Martin Birrer, who has many years of experience in the industry.
